  7. Any personal data submitted via forms on this website (including the 'Contact us’ form) is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  1. Use the website for unlawful purposes

  4. Upload malicious code or disrupt website functionality
  5. Misrepresent identity or provide false information

Payments

  1. Payments are processed via Razorpay
  2. The Company does not store card/banking details
  3. All prices are subject to applicable taxes
  4. In case of payment failure, the transaction amount (if deducted) will be initiated within 7 working days
  5. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment or payment disputes
  6. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  7. Any payment gateway convenience fees associated with the transaction are absorbed by the Company and will not be charged to the user.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  2. Eligible for refund (Refunds will be processed if the module has a demonstrated access or playing error, subject to the deduction of non-refundable transaction processing charges and applicable taxes)
  3. No refund if user has accessed the complete module with resources
  4. Module removal by Company - Full refund (processed without any deductions for payment gateway fees or taxes)
  5. All purchases are Non-transferable
  6. Approved refunds will be initiated by the Company within 7 working days. Please note that the actual credit to the user’s account remains subject to the payment gateway’s or bank’s processing timelines
  7. Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever possible

Intellectual Property

  1. All website content is owned by the Company
  2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms. 

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
