Overview

This fireside chat helps with connecting, educating, inspiring networking, and empowering women. The key objective of this initiative is to promote women’s participation and strengthen gender diversity and equity in emerging areas like energy storage, electric mobility, and renewables.  In this fireside chat, women from the energy sector describe their struggles, the challenges they faced, and the questioning and resolving of the issues that women generally generalize by making them part of our daily struggles. It also provides information as to the working of women in different energy sectors and how to acquire leadership qualities.
