Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with third-party Data Processors, including but not limited to Razorpay (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Google reCAPTCHA (bot/spam protection on our forms). These processors act on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your data. Personal data is stored on servers located within India. Certain limited technical data (such as IP address and device signals) may be processed by Google reCAPTCHA outside India solely for spam-prevention purposes, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

  2. Encryption and reasonable security practices, including access controls, are implemented to protect personal data.

Data Breach Incident

In the event of a data breach or security incident, the Company will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and comply with applicable legal obligations, including notifying relevant authorities where required. 

Data Retention

  1. Data will be retained for the duration of the membership and for a further period of 7 years following termination including but not limited to maintaining transaction records, membership logs, and complying with statutory audit or tax requirements.
  2. Deleted upon valid user request (subject to legal obligations)

  5. Nominate another individual to exercise your data protection rights in the event of your death or incapacity. The procedure for nomination, including the required Nomination Form, is available upon request from the Grievance Officer
